Arson investigators said that a fire that killed a man inside a house on Saturday was electrical-related and accidental.
The fire started at about 6:15 p.m. in the 1400 block of Briarwood Avenue in the Linden area, NBC 4 reported.
Investigators thought that the fire was suspicious because the home was believed to be vacant.
Two Columbus firefighters were slightly injured while trying to rescue the man, who was found on the home's second-floor.
The victim's identity was not released and officials said it was not known why the man was inside the home.
