This weekend, Nicholasville firefighters were helping out one of their own.
In Nicholasville Saturday night, firefighters were helping out one of their own.

They raised money to help a fellow firefighter recently injured while fighting a fire.

He broke both of his legs and isn't able to work so they raised money to help pay his medical bills.

A band played at the Tractor Supply store and firefighters cooked and sold hamburgers.

The fundraiser was a big success. Firefighters raised $3,000
