NEW YORK (AP) -- Four people were pulled from New York Harbor after their 21-foot boat capsized, fire officials said. None of the passengers were hurt.

The Sea Pearl had sailed into the harbor from Liberty State Dock in Jersey City, N.J. when a gust of wind flipped the boat near Governor's Island at about 3 p.m., officials said.

``It happened in the space of five seconds,'' passenger Irene Kim, 31, told Newsday for Sunday editions.

The boat's owner, Jacob Asbury, 31, used a VHF radio clipped to his belt to call for help. The Fire Department's Marine One unit responded in about four minutes, Capt. Adam Simms said.

The passengers, who were wearing life jackets, refused medical attention.

The other two passengers were Kristen Kramer, 30, and her husband Seth Kramer, 33.
