Pa. Fire Damages Five Rowhouses, Displacing Nine

March 14--A Nazareth fire damaged five townhouses Tuesday afternoon, displacing six adults and three children. No one was injured.
The fire was reported about 1 p.m. on N. Green Street. At 3 p.m., fire crews reported pulling down sections of walls inside the building to make sure the flames were out, according to radio reports.
The American Red Cross of the Greater Lehigh Valley provided lodging, clothing, food and toiletry items to one displaced family. The others arranged to stay with relatives or friends until the damage was repaired; all were aided by the Red Cross.
The Red Cross said one adult and two children were displaced from 32 N. Green St.; one adult from 34 N. Green; one adult from 36 N. Green; one adult from 38 N. Green; and two adults and a child from 40 N. Green.
