Ohio firefighters were operating recently in the basement of a dwelling fire. There was a light haze of smoke. The ceiling was of fiberglass lay-in tiles. One of the firefighters pushed up a tile with a hook. A furious ball of fire erupted from the ceiling void and two firefighters died.
