West Springfield firefighters were called to a structure fire at the West Springfield Boat Club around 2 a.m. on Feb. 14. 

Deputy Chief Robert Mancchino arrived within three minutes and found a single-story building fully involved. 

Crews used three handlines, an aerial ladder pipe and a deck gun to knock down the fire. 

The building was deemed a total loss.
