Video: Multiple WA Departments Battle Large Commercial Fire

More than a dozen departments responded to a three-alarm fire at a manufacturing building in Shelton, and firefighters kept flames from spreading to a nearby structure.

Firefighters from multiple Washington departments battled a three-alarm fire that erupted at a commercial building Tuesday.

The fire broke out just before 9:15 p.m. at a manufacturing building in Shelton, Mason County Fire District 11 stated in a news release. When crews arrived at the scene, they took a defensive attack against the flames, and the fire was raised to a third alarm.

More than a dozen departments responded to the fire, and no injuries were reported from the call. Firefighters kept the fire contained to the initial building, and they prevented flames from spreading to a surrounding building, according to District 11.
