Firefighters from multiple fire departments were called out to battle a fire that destroyed a former Mineral Wells high school.
Crews responded to the historic high school building around 6 p.m. and found flames engulfing the three-story structure.
They worked to contain the fire and protect an adjacent senior living facility.
