NYC firefighters battled a three-alarm fire that injured seven people and damaged multiple dwellings in Brooklyn early Thursday morning.
The fire started in a Kensington home on East 9th Street and quickly spread to a nearby dwelling, ABC 7 New York reported.
Heavy flames quickly escalated the blaze to three-alarms as the fire tore through the two homes.
Firefighters were able to control the blaze within an hour. Officials said all of the people injured sustained minor injuries.
