OneDose announced the opening of OneDose Academy, a training facility integrated into the OneDose platform. OneDose Academy is a OneDose training platform created to help the crews that depend on OneDose's clinical decision support technology better comprehend, embrace and apply it on a daily basis.

OneDose Academy enables the direct delivery of particular OneDose protocol app feature training via the platform. Within the OneDose web-based platform, crews watch videos, go over markdown-based documentation and take tests to see how well they understand a feature.

Administrators can add their own training, either created from scratch or using pre-built templates, to a library of production OneDose feature trainings that are available for assignment as-is. A real-time analytics dashboard displays who has begun, who is in progress, and who has finished each task. Quizzes are offered to verify understanding along the way. Trainings can be allocated to entire departments, specific users or kept free for people to self-assign.

Through the web-based Admin Console, users can access OneDose Academy and find what they need in a variety of categories, such as Getting Started, Protocols, Medications, ePCR Integrations, CPR Assist, eMACC, AI Assistant, Settings and more, thanks to a searchable content library with category filtering. Videos, essays, PDFs, interactive walkthroughs and brief tips are just a few of the formats in which content is available. Automatic progress monitoring allows users to continue training where they left off. When new training is allocated, users receive email notifications with direct links and the OneDose AI Assistant can use Academy information to directly respond to "how do I..." requests.

In addition to Academy, OneDose introduced AI Assisted Notifications, which are an extension of the current notification tests. As OneDose users are well aware, administrators can now choose to "Build quiz questions with AI" rather than creating questions by hand. They choose the pertinent protocols, determine the quantity and kind of questions, and either specify the subject matter of the test or allow AI to automatically create a comprehensive test based on the protocols they have chosen.

In addition to helping providers with onboarding, OneDose Academy is designed to encourage quicker adoption of technology for training new hires and boost utilization of newly released services. Every month, OneDose sends new products, and Academy provides agencies with an easy-to-use method to ensure that workers are aware of what's new and how to use it in the field.

The OneDose Admin Console (onedose-admin.com) currently offers OneDose Academy. The OneDose mobile app, which is still concentrated on point-of-care protocol assistance in the field, does not offer this administrator- and web-based application.
