The Hobart, WI, Fire Department has taken delivery of a top-mount pumper built by Custom Fire Apparatus on a Spartan ERV cab and chassis.

The Hobart, WI, Fire Department has taken delivery of a top-mount pumper built by Custom Fire Apparatus on a Spartan ERV cab and chassis. It is powered by a Cummins ISL 9 450-hp engine and an Allison 3000EVS transmission. To fight fire, it has a Waterous 1,500-gpm pump, a Fire Research Corp. pressure governor, a 1,000-gallon UPF Poly III tank with a 30-gallon foam cell and a FoamPro 2001 foam system. Other equipment includes Whelen warning and scene lights and a Federal Signal Q2B mechanical siren.
