The Farmington Volunteer Fire Association has taken delivery of a custom-built SVI Trucks heavy rescue.

The Farmington, NY, Volunteer Fire Association has taken delivery of a custom-built SVI Trucks heavy rescue built on a Sutphen Corporation chassis that is powered by a 450-hp Cummins L9 engine with an Allison Gen-5 EVS 3000 transmission.

The body is constructed of stainless steel with Amdor roll-up doors, SlideMaster slide-out trays and an upper body walkway with four storage compartments

Additional features include an Onan Protec 25-Watt PTO generator, Command Light KL series light tower and Hannay reels.
