The West Berlin Volunteer Fire Company in Berlin Township, Camden County, NJ, has taken delivery of a 2018 Pierce Enforcer 100-foot rear-mount aerial, with a four-door, six-seat climate-controlled cab and a flat roof. The rig is equipped with a Detroit Diesel DD13 engine, Allison 4500EVS automatic transmission, Waterous CSU C-20 single-stage 2,000-gpm pump, 500-gallon UPF Poly Tank III water tank, Trident AirPrime pump primer, Pierce pressure governor, Kussmaul auto-eject battery conditioner, TAK-4 suspension, and 10-kW Harrison generator. Other features include two Hannay electric reels, Amdor shutters, swing-out tool boards, slide-out tool trays, rear-facing camera, Side Stacker hosebed, rear ladder tunnel, prepiped 1,250-gpm pinable waterway, 750-lb. tip load with water flowing, rear 5-inch direct ladder pipe feed, Akron Apollo Stream Master II ladder pipe w pre-piped 2½-inch discharge, Federal Q2B mechanical siren, Whelen Power Call sirens, LED compartment lighting and LED warning lights.
