North Caldwell, N.J., Fire Department has placed into service a 2015 Pierce Enforcer rescue-pumper.

North Caldwell, N.J., Fire Department has placed into service a 2015 Pierce Enforcer rescue-pumper. This unit has a Cummins ISL9 450 hp motor, 3000EVS Allison transmission, 1,500-gpm pump and 750-gallon water tank.

Other features include two-crosslay hose beds, a 19-inch extended frontbumper with hose tray and a front-end discharge for a "car line."  It also has coffin-style compartments, roll-out tool tray, hydraulic tool system, light tower and rear camera. The vehicle uses LED warning, compartment and hose bed lighting. There is a booster reel mounted over the pump and a Harrison 10,000-watt generator is also on board.
