Bargaintown, NJ, Volunteers Put New Custom Pumper in Service
Bargaintown Volunteer Fire Company No. 2, Egg Harbor Township, Atlantic County, NJ, has put in service a 2017 Rosenbauer Commander pumper. It is equipped with a four-door, six-occupant, climate-controlled cab, with raised-roof, full-height rear doors. It is powered by a 450 hp Cummins ISL diesel engine and Allison 3000EVS automatic transmission. It's equipped with Hale QMAX200-23 single-stage pump, 500-gallon UPF Poly Tank III water tank, a Tank Vision Pro, FRC InControl 400 pressure governor, Kussmaul auto-eject battery conditioner, LED compartment lighting, saws, fans, tarps, and forcible entry tools. It also has Will-Burt Night Scan, R.O.M. shutters, and slide-out tool trays, Other equipment includes a 15,000-watt Harrison generator, dual-swing out-tool boards, cribbing, Hurst extrication tools, swing-down ladder arm, and Hannay booster hose reel, Paratech struts, rear facing camera, TFT CrossFire deck gun, front LED brow light, Federal Q2B mechanical siren, Roto-Ray, front suction & discharge, two Blitz Fires, and LED warning lights.
