New Richmond, WI, Fire and Rescue has recently taken delivery of a rear-mount pumper built by Custom Fire on a Spartan Metro Star cab and chassis.

New Richmond, WI, Fire and Rescue has recently taken delivery of a rear-mount pumper built by Custom Fire on a Spartan Metro Star cab and chassis. It is powered by a Cummins ISL 9 380 hp engine and an Allison 3000EVS transmission. To fight fire, it has a Waterous 2,000-gpm pump, a 1,200-gallon polypropylene tank, a Fire Research Pump Boss pressure governor and a FoamPro 2001 single agent foam system. Other features include a Harrison 10,000-watt generator, Whelen warning lights, Fire Research scene lights and a Federal Signal Q2B mechanical siren.
