South Torch Lake, MI, Fire & Rescue has taken delivery of a Spencer MFG, pumper with an elevated rear pump control panel.
South Torch Lake Fire & Rescue, MI, has taken delivery of a Spencer MFG, pumper with an elevated rear pump control panel. It's built on a Spartan Metro Star cab and chassis powered by a Hale 1,500-gpm pump and a 1,000-gallon polypropylene tank with a 30-gallon foam cell. Other equipment includes a Hale Smart CAFS and a Hale Foamlogix 5.0 foam system, a Class 1 Sentry Governor, Akron electric valves, Trident dual auto air primer, Whelen scene and warning lights, and a Command Light Knight Series 12-volt light tower. It also has ROM roll-up doors, winch locations on all sides, an EMS cabinet in the cab and a D&S hosebed cover.
