The City of Vineland Fire Department in Cumberland County, NJ, has taken delivery of a 2018 KME pumper built on a Severe Service LFD chassis. The pumper features a four-door, six-seat climate-controlled cab, a raised roof, full-height rear doors, and EMS box in rear crew area, and it is equipped with a 450-hp Cummins L9 Diesel engine, an Allison 3000EVS-P automatic transmission, a Hale QMAX200-21X single-stage pump, and a 750-gallon United Plastic Fabricating water tank. Other features include Bostrom seats, a Kussmaul auto-eject battery conditioner, an FRC InControl 400 pressure governor, an FRC Tank Vision Pro water gauge, ROM shutters, LED compartment lighting, swing-out and slide-aout tool trays, saws, fans, tarps, forcible entry tools, twin rear discharges, a booster hose reel, Holmatro extrication tools, a Hannay electric reel, a front FRC Evolution LED brow light, a high-rise pack, a hydraulic jack, rear LDH suction, a Federal Q2B mechanical siren and a Federal E-2 electronic siren. The pumper was sold through First Priority Emergency Vehicles in Manchester, NJ, by Fred Hundt.
