Janesville, IA,  Fire Department has taken delivery of a Midwest Fire quick attack built on a Ford F-550 chassis with a Powerstroke 330-hp 6.7 L OHV 32 valve turbo V-8 engine and a TorqShift 6-Speed automatic transmission. To fight fire, it has a Darley 28E 21H pump and a 300-gallon APR polypropylene tank. It has an All-Poly body with sweep-out style compartment, ROM anodized aluminum roll-up doors and LED lighting. It also has Whelen scene and warning lights, and Whelen siren, Kussmaul battery conditioner with an auto-eject feature, a Warn winch, and a 1-inch, 150-foot booster reel line.
