    The Shell Rock, IA, Fire Department has taken delivery of a new 3,000-gallon pumper/tanker from Toyne mounted on a Freightliner M2 106 two-door chassis.

    This rig features a Cummins ISL9 360 engine and an Allison 3000EVS transmission with a 1,000-gpm Hale MBP PTO pump.
