Spartan built this 110-foot rear-mount aerial ladder for the Catasaqua Volunteer Fire Company in Lehigh County. The ladder has a 750-pound dry and 500-pound wet tip load with a 1,500-gpm flow capacity on a pre-piped waterway,

The Spartan Gladiator EMFD is powered by a Cummins ISX-15 565-hp engine and an Allison 4000EVS transmission.

Features include a Kussmaul auto-eject battery conditioner, Bostrom firefighter seats, LED compartment lights, slide out tool trays, and a Smart Power 10kW generator, along with two electric cord reels.

Warning and lighting equipment includes Whelen LED warning lights, front Firetech Hi-Viz LED brow light, front MARS lights and Federal Signal Q2B mechanical siren.

On the rear is a large-diameter hose intake and ladder storage.
