Jamestown resident Peter Ludwig was taken into custody by Jamestown Police after he reportedly pointed a handgun at a city firefighter.
Ludwig will be arraigned this week in Jamestown City Court. He is facing charges of second-degree menacing and second-degree criminal possession of a weapon, according to a report by The Post-Journal.
