The Bridgeton, NJ, Fire Department, in Cumberland County, has taken delivery of a 2018 Pierce Arrow XT, custom pumper. It's powered by a Cummins L9 450-hp engine and an Allison 3000EVS transmission. To fight fire, it has a Waterous CSU C20D 2,000-gallon single-stage pump and a UPF Poly Tank III and a Trident air primer. Other features include Amdor roll-up doors, Hannay electric and hydraulic reels, Hurst extrication tools, Whelen warning lights, and a Federal Q2B siren.
