The Fairmount Fire Company has placed into service a 2019 Spartan ERV Compressed Air Foam System equipped rescue-pumper.

The Fairmount Fire Company, Long Valley, NJ, serving Washington and Tewksbury townships, placed into service a 2019 Spartan ERV Compressed Air Foam System equipped rescue-pumper. It is built on a Spartan cab and chassis, with seating for six, and a 10-inch raised roof, powered by a Cummins ISX 565-hp engine and an Allison transmission. To fight fire, it has a Waterous 2,000-gpm pump, a 750-gallon water tank and 30-gallon foam cell, a 200 CFM CAF system with a FoamPro 2001 Foam Pro Power re-fill system. It features a TRI-MAX stainless steel body with three hard suction hoses stored in the body under the hose bed, a Will-Burt NightScan NS 2.3 light tower, a 10,000-watt generator and a Hannay booster reel.
