OSHKOSH AIRPORT PRODUCTS has introduced the Stinger Q4 Rapid Intervention Vehicle (RIV) designed for airport and specialized firefighting applications. The vehicle features 4x4 all-wheel drive, a Mattracks rubber track conversion system, a 6.4-liter V8 turbo diesel engine and a tri-agent hydrochem handline nozzle. It is also available with the QuadAgent and Pulse Delivery technologies. The Quad Agent system can deliver four firefighting agents simultaneously, or in any combination. The Pulse Delivery technology lets firefighters deliver dry chemical powder more than 90 feet.
